“ Went there with friends (4 adults and 1 kid) on a Saturday afternoon without making a reservation. We were immediately seated with no waiting time. The restaurant was busy but not crowded. The service was attentive and friendly. At one point it felt a tad rushed but I guess it was more the enthusiasm than anything else. The food came out on time. There was a slight delay with one of the dishes and the manager came to the table to apologise - which I thought was a nice touch. The food was great and of course ended with a tiramisu cheesecake which was heavenly. Overall , a great meal , unrushed and friendly service ! ”
“ Waiting time is too much here, before they serve water and bread. I love the breads they serve. Brown one is on a little sweeter end but it is much softer as compared to white one. They serve it with little salty butter. For drinks, I ordered long island iced tea. It was good and strong. I ordered pink voda sauce pasta, it was really good. Grape tomatoes tasted really good in this. ”
“ I recently ordered takeout from The Cheesecake Factory, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I decided to try the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp, and it did not disappoint. For dessert, I couldn’t resist getting the Chocolate Caramelicious Cheesecake made with Snickers. It was everything I hoped for and more. The cheesecake was incredibly rich and creamy, with layers of Snickers that added the perfect balance of crunch, chocolate, and caramel. It was indulgent and satisfying, the perfect treat to end the meal. ”
“ Went for the free cheese cake birthday deal, it was my first time there. Pricey for what it is… but it’s a good restaurant. Nothing spectacular but not terrible. Portion sizes are very nice! And the server was sweet. Not photographed is two drinks (yuzu something and mojito) which were both good in taste but could be stronger. ”
“ Our waiter was pleasant and friendly. He was also patient as I searched the menu for a pasta dish I’d had previously. We finally determined it had been removed from the menu. The scampi pasta was okay although the breading on the shrimp was a bit soggy. The tex mex eggrolls were delicious as usual. Our cheesecake was good too. I am not a fan of the parking situation at this location. ”
“ We've gone to various Cheesecake Factory restaurants across three different states, and this one in New Jersey is by far the best. The spicy rigatoni pasta with chicken was 8/10. Sauce was plentiful and very flavorful, and the chicken wasn't dry. The Asian chicken lettuce wrap tacos were 5/10. The lettuce didn't really hold up the fillings well, but the sauces were the highlight. Alone, the taco wasn't that good. Sheila's chicken and avocado salad was my favorite of the three. The mixed greens and avocados tasted fresh, and the tortilla strips were very crispy and gave the salad a perfect crunch. The classic cheesecake is a lot smaller at this location than the ones in the South, but it was still delicious. The service is also not bad. Our server checked on us frequently. The restaurant itself is huge, so seating was not a problem. There were two children running around, but that's not really the restaurant's fault and more a customer fault. Overall, this place has decent food and good customer service. ”
“ Stopped by The Cheesecake Factory with a friend, and it did not disappoint! We were starving when we arrived, but luckily, the wait was just a few minutes—which I loved. The vibe is cool and laid-back, and the staff is super friendly and quick with service. I went for the Jamaican Jerk Shrimp plate and a mocktail, and both hit the spot perfectly. The flavors were on point, and the portion was just right. With such a large menu, there’s definitely something for everyone here. ”
